NNDR Retail Grant Relief

  • You qualify for the grant and you are the actual person that is entitled to receive it - that means that you were in occupation of the property on 11 March 2020 and are authorised to act on behalf of the company in occupation (if it is a business not an individual).

  • Payments are subject to State Aid. You must have received less than 200,000 euros in the last three years.

  • Note that the grant may be repayable if you are not the ratepayer or have given any false information and you will be subject to prosecution.

  • I have not applied for any other covid19 related grant in relation to this property.

    • Hereditaments that are being used for the provision of the following services to visiting members of the public:

      • Travel agents
      • Ticket offices e.g. for theatre
      • Dry cleaners
      • Launderettes
      • PC/TV/domestic appliance repair
      • Funeral directors
      • Photo processing
      • Tool hire
      • Car hire
      • Employment agencies
      • Estate agents and letting agents
      • Betting shops

    • Hereditaments that are being used for the sale of food and/or drink to visiting members of the public:

      • Restaurants
      • Takeaways
      • Sandwich shops
      • Coffee shops

      • Bars

    • Hereditaments that are being used for the provision of sport, leisure and facilities to visiting members of the public (including for the viewing of such activities):
